Customers can request for a RETURN only if;

• Products upon purchase have not been used and are still sealed.
• Goods recieved are damaged or opened.
• Cancellation of products purchased can be done within 24 hours of product purchase (please email us at info@mynzproducts.com), if longer, return can not be done.

 

REFUND will occur if the return policy has been met and;

• Proof of purchase - online invoice is provided (Goods to be sent back within 48 hours of purchase) - (please email info@mynzproducts.com)
• Products to be returned in orginal/good condition with the original packaging.

The refund payment method will be through the same payment method used to purchase the products.

• CASH only accepted upon purchasing the product.

 

• Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery

 

• Orders above 200 AED will be delivered free to your door.

 

• Order below 200 AED will require 30 AED delivery charge.

 

• PRODUCT DELIVERY ONLY TO DUBAI AND SHARJAH.

 

• Please ensure to fill all the required details correctly ie. address and mobile number to allow for delivery notifications and to ensure that your products will be recieved at the correct address. We are not held accountable if the details you have provided are not correct.
